Visualization of data<\/strong> is the presentation of data and analysis so that decision makers can understand difficult concepts or identify new patterns.<\/p><\/blockquote>\n

With our broad experience in Business and Data<\/a> we identify the most important\u00a0Key Performance Indicators<\/strong>\u00a0(KPI) for each sector, department, and stakeholder. We use all the available data to\u00a0construct<\/strong>\u00a0them in a meaningful way in order to have a clear vision of your\u00a0performance<\/strong>\u00a0and to reduce your exposure to the lowest possible levels.<\/p>\n

With\u00a0Data Visualization<\/strong>\u00a0we manage to\u00a0represent the information in the most intuitive way<\/strong>\u00a0in order to achieve a simple, clear, and effective\u00a0communication,<\/strong>\u00a0so insights are effectively retrieved. The dashboards are devoted to\u00a0monitor<\/strong>\u00a0performance<\/strong>\u00a0of an area or a department, or to\u00a0monitor operations and processes<\/strong>\u00a0for data exploration purposes. They can be a high-level KPI representation of the business devoted to\u00a0understand changes\u00a0<\/strong>and to react as quick as possible if necessary. Having the information available and intuitively represented, however, is not enough.\u00a0Information<\/strong>\u00a0(and not only data) must reach the decision makers. In this sense we are able to implement a\u00a0reporting strategy<\/strong>\u00a0with which the information reaches the\u00a0right person<\/strong>\u00a0in the\u00a0right format<\/strong>\u00a0and at the\u00a0right timing<\/strong>\u00a0(not necessarily real-time-data but\u00a0right-time data<\/strong>). Besides, reports and information must be\u00a0analyzed<\/strong>\u00a0in order to extract actions out of them.<\/p>\n

This can be achieved with a traditional\u00a0Business Intelligence<\/strong>\u00a0solution (with or without Data Warehousing and ETL processes), with SaaS tools, or with manually distributed information. Budget, amount of information, and empowerment needs will tell us which solution will fit the best.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n
